GenoML, formal launch plus info sheet on arxiv.

Really proud to say that we formally launched GenoML today with the posting of it’s info sheet on arxiv.

GenoML is at its heart an autoML, with specialized functionality for genomics and healthcare applications. At its simplest level, its thousands of lines of code that the team and I have been using for the past 10+ years (in some cases), distilled down to a few simplified commands. In the current term, it is a tool for democratizing machine learning and complex genomics workflows. The long term vision for GenoML is to build an open source community for ML in genomics and healthcare that will support a wide array of users that is focused on innovation and growth.
