Check out CRISPRlipid ...

… If you haven’t had a chance yet, give it a look. Navigate to CRISPRlipid.org and explore!

This is the new project from a great collaboration with the Olzmann Lab at UC Berkley, the Kampmann Lab at UCSF and DTi’s team at NIH’s Center for Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias (CARD), led by our very own Faraz Faghri!

It would be great to get your feedback on this community-driven resource enabling the exploration and comparison of functional genomic screens related to lipid / membrane biology. Also, please reach out if you’d like to contribute to this data commons.

In active development is another piece of the puzzle, CRISPRprotein, keep your eyes out for updates on that collaborative effort in conjunction with the CARD Proteomics Expert Group very soon.
