DataTecnica LLC, doing business as DATACONSULT-IO ("we," "us," "our"), respects the privacy of our users ("user," "you"). • We are committed to comply with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.

• DataTecnica LLC (DBA DATACONSULT-IO) complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  

• DataTecnica LLC (DBA DATACONSULT-IO) has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.  

• DataTecnica LLC (DBA DATACONSULT-IO) has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/

In addition DataTecnica hopes to clarify that:

• At this time we do not disclose personal information to third parties.

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform individuals about the right of individuals to access their personal data.

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform individuals about the right of individuals to access their personal data

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform individuals about your organization being subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform  individuals about the possibility, under certain conditions, for the individual to invoke binding arbitration against us or clients in the case of data related issues.

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform individuals about the requirement to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

• In accordance with Institutional Review Board policies, we and/or our clients inform  individuals about your organization’s liability in cases of onward transfers to third parties, which are prohibited by DataTecnica policy unless specifically stated.
